ICP got up to 70PSI
FMP still at 48V
IPR was 14.8% KOEO, went up to 84.7% while cranking
SYC 1
So where do I go from here? It looks like it's building pressure but not enough. I've been searching around and I saw in the tech folder leaking injector o-rings could cause this? I've been having what I thought were stiction problems, cold start runs rough but runs fine after it warms up. Could it be leaky o-rings instead of stiction?
You need a air test,I'll bet you got a bad dummy plug
on the list, just watched that whole video in the tech folder on how to do it, I love that section! I just need to figure out that connector to activate the ICP sensor. First I'm going to pull the IPR and make sure it's not clogged.
well, not much to be done about it today, wasn't a whole lot I could do in the office parking lot and I ran the batteries down trying to get it to start. Had to get it towed home again. I'll charge the batteries tonight and give it another go in the morning...

I wouldn't worrey about cranking you have HPO Problems
well that was a wasted friggin day, can't find an IPR socket wrench locally and I can't find the right adapter to plug into the ICP port to do an air test. I need a drink...
well, been awhile since I got back to this thread, life has a nasty way of throwing curve ***** at you sometimes. But that is another story. In the end the no start condition was caused by none other than.... (dramatic pause, cue music!) a failed IPR screen. d'oh! The damn thing was I just replaced it a few months ago. But the fun didn't end there, I was still having the cold start issues and then bad hesitation under load. I still had something going on. Air test determined there was a leak but it was inconclusive. In the end I ended up taking it to my buddy that works at Production Offroad and had him take care of it. So.. All new injectors, seals, dummy plugs, standpipes, ARP studs and a few grand later my truck is now officially "bulletproof" damn thing runs stronger than when I first bought it. Hopefully this will put any more issues to bed.....

So was all that stuff bad or was it a " while we are in here" kinda thing? Glad to see you got it running and thank you for the update.

You should start a new thread, better than attaching to someone else's post.. Give as much information as you can such as year, miles and any prior history on repairs known.
