High idle mod?

High idle mod?
Real quick question on the high idle mod.
I don't have upfitter switches and, thanks to the previous owner, I can't install them either. Previous owner did put a toggle switch (I have no idea what it's for
) in the dash to the left of the steering wheel.
Can I use this switch for the mod and, if so, what's the best way to wire it up?
