Some ideas needed for new tail lights setup

Hi guys.
I have a customised rear end on my 54 f100 and, as you can see, it has Cadillac style side blinkers, but I need to fit up some tail/brake lights.
I no longer think the original brake lights will fit up due to the custom blinker.

Any suggestions?

Us truck drivers like lots lights. Maybe three on either side that blink in sequence like the old T-Birds. To stay with theme of the Caddys's

The waffle plate from a 1960 Thunderchicken. Outside, dual element, center single element and inside backup. '58 and '59 are same size plate and similar design but only two 'lamps' that are larger diameter.

Hey Peter,
Our's had old trailer lights on the back -barely visible & pretty much worthless. Since my son was going to be driving it a lot we went with visibility. I get a lot of flack from purists but we used older Corvette rear lights mounted in the pan running no bumper like you have.

I was thinking the same style, but looks like you only have room for one more bullet.

Thanks guys. I think I am gonna settle on a set of 50's style Pontiac items. They have a chrome ring and look pretty good. Common on ebay. Bit stylish.
I was also tossing up using a set of these
Like, two on each side, vertical.

I like the '40 Ford Chevrons and the 64/65 Mustang on most any truck. They look great on the F1's but are seldom seen anymore.

I also went for visibility. I used these LED trailer lights integrated into the bumper. You could do the same in the roll pan. The holes were hard to cut well, but the rubber gaskets cover up a lot of sins!!

Hello Peter, welcome to the forum. I saw in one of your posts, you are downunder, but didn't get to reply then. I take it you are in the great southern land, Australia or are you in that eastern state of Australia called New Zealand.
Nice looking truck, had some interesting custom work done. Welcome aboard.

If you've got some over the road truck dealers close by, they usually have a custom section that carries all kinds of goodies for the 18 wheeler crowd which usually involves all kinds of lights. I found these glass lense with stainless trim lights that I will use in my roll pan.

Since my roll pan is removable, I've got a second roll pan that is using the cat eye style led lights that are sold by Speedway. These are surface mount and are a quick install.

I kick myself every time I think of taillights because I met a guy at last years "lost in the fifties" in Sandpoint, ID who had Frenched lights from some unknown car into his rear fenders.

They matched the compound curve of the upper rear corner of the fenders perfectly but before I could ask him what they were from he hopped in with one of his buddies and took off.

I have looked for his powder blue 53 at every car show since but haven't found him again.

If anyone knows what these lights are from or who owns this blue 53, Pleeasse drop me a line.

Sorry for getting off subject a bit and begging but I loved the look of those lights.

Peter Bird, just a thought or suggestion on the tail light issue. I have seen a few that have the L.E.D. rope lights that run from one side to the other. They serve as tail lights, brake, turn signals & 4 ways

Nice thing about them is they are divided when the signals are used, and are one continuos light from side to side. They might just fit up under the top of the back of the bed on your truck.

Thanks for all your input, guys. Really appreciate it. I ended up getting a set of these off ebay. $29 each. Flush mounted.
They should look okay. Meantime if I see something I REALLY like...
