1991 Econoline 250 Mark Conversion Van Fuel Part....
All,
After replacing everything in my dual fuel tank system (I mean everything electrical and otherwise). Probably best I did this as the vehicle had been sitting for well over 6 years before I got it for scrap from a friend - it only has 75K on it (I am the second owner and the previous owner became disabled causing it to sit.)
For the record the tanks were extremely sludgy/rusty.
Anyways, I had one part remaining a dual tank reservoir (a.k.a. manual tank selector valve) which had me garage this van for over a year till life allowed me to bypass and confirm the issue is with the part.
After bypassing yesterday, the vehicle has never ran so good. Also when I opened the bottom of the reservoir broken O-ring pieces actual fell out. Also isn't there supposed to be a fuel filter of some kind in this thing?
To the point of this posting, what is the part number/availability/price for this part for my 1991 Econoline (dual tank)? I see a couple on Ebay...other options?
