unknown flatheads please help

unknown flatheads please help
I have two flathead blocks that i need help figuring out what they are. I have found casting numbers, or what i assume are casting numbers, on the back of the block. These are the only two sets of numbers I could find. So here goes and thanks in advance for your help!!
