Radio and Windows quit

I found several posts about this but nobody seems to have an answer. I have an 04 f350 and the other day the windows and radio quit all at once. Lots of people are having intermittent problems but mine went from being fine to nothing all at once. I tried the circuit breaker and the relay but nothing seems to fix it. Has anyone else figured out what this is?

The accessory delay relay or the battery saver relay are you most likely problems.
I'll see if I have the diagram handy.

OK I did have the files I wanted to show you so here you go.
In the Instrument cluster look at page 6.
One of the relays I think can be serviced the other you have
to pull the cluster and send it in for service.

One place to sent to for repair is >>> Ford Truck Enthusiasts Forums - View Profile: CircuitBoardMedics
That page has there contact info or you can just reach them on the
web here >>> Circuit Board Medics - Automotive & Appliance Circuit Repair

They are a site sponsor and everyone has noting but good to say
about them for this type of service.

Also they can help you to make sure on the diagnosis.

I just had that on an 04 F450, I had to put a ford reman cluster in, or as yahiko said, you could send yours out. I went the ford route to save time. Called my dealer, gave him the last 8 and miles and 2 days later it was back on the road.

Might be worth a shot but do you still have interior lights?
Try and leave the door open and so they turn off?

What I am leading to is you might try and replace the one relay in the CJB at
C2075 Is the Accessory Delay Relay

That would be the first step you should take. A relay is a lot less money than any other option.

Update: so i figured out nothing is telling the accessory delay relay to come on, but if I jumper wire the two wires everything works but I have to unplug wire to make radio and windows to turn off. Probably instrument cluster, I will revisit later but at least I don't have to be stuck with windows up

Yep, if you are not seeing any power at the coils for the accessory delay relay
and the only way you can get it to work os a jumper. Then it's the cluster.

Would be worth checking to see if you don't have power at the coil lugs.

CBM did have a replacement program started where they will send you a replacement cluster and you ship yours back to them. It might just be for the 05 to 07 trucks though. I recomended giving them a call. They really go out of there way to help.

Should have mentioned that, no power at coil lugs

Before we condemn the cluster one last thing to check.
Check the connectors on the cluster to be sure that
they are locked in place all the way. Maybe even wiggle then.

But more than likely it;s time to send it off for some repairs.
