I just checked LMC & D. Carpenter for the bed sides to fit our year trucks and did not see them, I knew you could get the front panel.
Then checked D.C. for the older (53-79) 8' beds and they do sell them @ $325 each!
Then I don't know if you could even use them as they may take more work to get them work than worth it.
And as I pointed out you still need to come up with fenders that no one makes.
At this point you would really want to make a custom 8' flare side bed to do this.
As they say "given enough money & time anything can be done"!

I like to work smarter and not harder. Also it is quite hard to make a single wall sheet metal bed look good on both sides after butt welding it together

That makes since. I wouldn't imagine you could easily hide the seam. Im still not ready to throw in the towel ill come up with something....
If you can you put the seam some place it is not seen too well like at the fender.
Most of the seam is in the fender well and a little outside it.
