If he has 50k into it he's paid for everyone to do all the work. It's far from done. I offered him 20k to see what he would do.

He said he had some lookers at 30k. But it didn't sell I'm guessing. 30k is too steep for what's left.

I'll hold out at 20k. I would only take it if it was a good deal for me. Besides I have an LS3 I'm dumping in a truck now.
