i had a guy start working on my 89 f350 7.3 he went to Jail for DUI now i'm stuck does anyone have a pic of the fuel lines from back of injector pump to injectors ? and a guide to setting the pump correctly ? Desperate for any help
this is semi helpful i need to see where the lines coming out of the injector pump
# wise come from and go to ie Bottom middle goes to 4 bottom right goes to 1 so on and so on thanks in advance
I found those pics and firing order by googling, you should be able to figure it out with the firing order and that second pic. You can tell where 6 and 8 are attached to the IP, so the next one would be 1, then 2,7,3,4, and 5
I don't think you could ask for a better response than the ones bashby has given you. you are lucky to have gotten that kind of response.
with what he's provided, you should be able to put it together with perhaps some mild puzzle solving. they all go to one place, just don't go torquin on them to make them fit somewhere.
the lines only go on the pump and injectors one way. just lay them out, and they will fall into place where they go and which fitting the connect to on the pump.
it was extremely helpful the reason i asked for more info is the guy took all this apart including removing the clamps that hold the lines together ....... thank you for all the input and help folks i'll keep you updated
