I've never had any issues the oel displays on the ones I've owned, they're still working just fine on the vehicles I have them installed in, and I haven't noticed any difference in the tuners myself. Like I said, all the Pioneers I've ever owned have worked flawlessly.

Now you're talking, that'll put the Jensen to shame, don't forget you'll also need an installation kit, some harness adapters to adapt the factory wiring to aftermarket, and if you have steering wheel controls there's also products that adapt those to use with an aftermarket system, you can find these here: iPod Integration for your car and More by Pac-Audio - Connecting you to the future Metra Online | Welcome to Metra Auto Parts Online Warehouse What year of truck are you installing this in anyway ?

You can't see it but my OEM one above is sat radio ready. But you have to have an antenna sat radio.

I am running a Sony. They sound good and have an easy to use layout. Presets, menus, adjustments and etc are easy to do without reading the instructions. They also put front mounted USB and AUX ports on a lot of their units which I like.

You can get sirius/xm for the Kenwood system you're looking at but it requires the optional SXV200 Tuner that connects to the Kenwood. You may have to do some modifications to the dash on your 99 to get this double DIN Kenwood to fit.

its the organic led displays that are the problem, it might have to do with the extreem low temps here maybe -20f i dont know. but i know its out and seems to be a common problem on the google search.
