M = Wimbledon White (1964/66) is the exterior color.
Interior: Post the BODY code that is stamped on the 2nd line of the Warranty Plate. Sequence of 2nd line: W.B. - COLOR - MODEL - BODY - TRANS - AXLE
The sun visors werent red..they were a tan/beige or grayish color...the cardboard ones were always gray.
The dashboard itself was most likely white..removing one of the dash end finish plates and lifting up the edge of the dash pad, you will see its original color...again, most likely white.
Dashpads were always without exception black on trucks equiiped with them..there will be trim holes in the back and along the front above the glove box door etc across the dash front.
The steering column, wheel, armrests will all be the same color...red...same with the seat ...the line of codes as mentioned above will have the interior trim code which gives the seat material and such.
