If my original response seemed somewhat curt my apologies. I didn't see that the OP was asking about towing and the only mention of GVW I saw in the charts was that it was base curb weight + cargo + passengers. The door sticker shows the GVWR which the weight that should not be exceeded. The chart is excellent for determining the max trailer weight and GCWR. In any case, it takes a scale to get an accurate answer to any of that.

If I'm reading the original post correctly, he's looking for the base curb weight. This is also on the B-pillar of 2008's. It'll show a GVWR and then have a number that says something like, "weight of passengers and cargo should not exceed X". If you subtract that X from the GVWR you will get the weight of the empty vehicle (GVW).
