Throttle Body Question

What does the screw on the throttle body with the spring in it do? Why does the little sticker on the throttle body say to not try to adjust it?

Throttle Body Question

It adjusts the base idle speed, there should not be any reason to mess with it, the IAC takes care of all idle needs. You can also end up causing yourself more problem if you do.
