Just wondering if anyone out there had ever installed subwoofers underneathe the driver and passenger seats. Is that even possible with the amount of space under there?
Anything's possible, but I doubt you'll be happy with the amount of bass you can get with a sub under the seat. I have a supercab and replaced one of my "jump seats" with a sub box and a good quality 10".
If this is a practical thing for you to do too, then I highly recommend it. Mine gives all the bass I could want, while bearly using any more room than the seat it replaces.
None so far(knock on wood). I live in a fairly low crime area.
All the way around, my windows are at the maximum tint allowed by my state. And since the box is small(very similar in size to the jump seat it replaces) and carpeted to color match the interior, you can barely see it. And that happens only under certain conditions(ex.- sunlight coming through the front windshield giving the interior enough light to make out the sub).
So far, so good....

Did you know that all you need to break into a Ranger is a six inch screwdriver? Kinda scary when a friend showed me that trick when I locked my keys in!
I don't know how to guard against this, but will probably post a question soon...
Just an FYI for everyone. There was some information about an easy way to break into our trucks posted here. Since you never know who might be reading the forum I deleted the information, maybe it will save one of us from having our truck broken into.
