I dont see why it wouldnt. Same hood and body lines. My mother in law has a 2013 f150 xlt with the new grille style and it looks to have to same mounts as my 2012.

Well. I got one and installed it in about 1/2 hour. Looks good.
I have some Pix of before and after in Photobucket, but i have forgotten how to post here.
