1984 Certification Label Re-creation
I own a 1984 F-150 for which I would like to re-create the cert label. The original label has fallen victim to a careless painter, and is now destroyed - far beyond the point of being legible. Does anyone know where I can find a 'decoder chart' that I can work with to obtain the codes to re-create the label?
Thanks in advance for anyone who can help me out!

Thanks to all for your replies! Steve83, can you send me an message (through my profile) to let me know what your email address is? I tried to do the same for you, but it was not working. I would love to take a look at what you've got.
I have some of the information I need, but I am still looking for:
1. Trans Code for C6
2. Spring codes, and typical Front/Rear GAWR ratings for 4900lb GVWR.
3. Paint code for "Medium Desert Tan"
4. Axle code for 3.00 9"

C6 is "K"
3.00 is "14" and the RGAWR is 3750 lb
My document doesn't list Medium, but Desert Tan is 9P and Light DT is 9Q. This site has paint codes, and I think FTE has a chart, too.
I also don't show a GVWR of 4900. 4700 is for F-100 2WD 133" (TYPE-GVW code 101) or 117" WB (TYPE-GVW code 102). All '83 F-150s are higher than 4900.
I don't have any spring codes.
I've sent you an e-mail thru the FTE system.
