Unfortunately a pickup bed will not mount to a truck sold as a cab/chassis, as the rear frame is different. I'm sure there is a way to make it work, but it would likely require some fabrication.

Tom is right, however there is a thread i believe on here where someone took an F450 or 550 and turned it from a flatbed into a dually pick up I'll see if i can dig it up for you, he even put air ride seats in it.

If you are not talking about a cab/chassis, but a 2001 F-350 with a pickup bed, then the beds will swap fine.
But the 2013 bed has some different body lines around the fenderwells, so it won't look exactly correct, but very close!

As long as they both are Long bed trucks it shouldn't be that hard. A co worker put the newer 08'+ box on his 2001. I don't recall him having any major problems. Other than as mentioned the body lines are a bit different.

Bed swap
I apologize not being clear. I own a 2001 F-350 SD in which the bed is rusting bad. I have found a bed that came off a 2013 F-350 SD. My question is will it fit on my 2001? Thank You
