Numberdummy - please help

Numberdummy, can you please decode my VIN?
1FDPC70K0BVJ22128

Also, can you help with parts location for an ICM, window seals and a wire diagram and ignition harness? My tach is not working and I have not had time to pull it out. Is it an electronic tach or mechanical?
