Fuel pressure is leaking down on my 1992 f150 with 302 and dual tanks. Happens pretty rapidly and won't start right up until you cycle the pump first.
Fuel gauge doesn't work on front tank so I haven't been using it any. I have noticed the truck is going through a lot of gas. Found out gas from rear tank is going to front tank. I have read some on the situation and decided to buy both fuel pumps. I got the whole assemblies, pump, hanger, sender.
Will this fix the problem? I've read internal valves fail in the pumps causing this problem. Thanks for any help.
