Overdrive problems

94 I6 300 4.9 runs rough when the overdrive is on. It sputters and loses power. I ran codes and got 632 KOER and then 628 KOEO.

Can anyone help with this? Thanks

Well I hope someone out there has a little knowledge in this area because I sure don't know where to start.
