Np 435 torque specs

Np 435 torque specs
Hello everyone, I'm redoing all the gaskets in my np 435 and haven't found the torque specs for these items:
Input shaft bearing retainer
Power take off cover
Counter shaft rear bearing cap
Shifter cover
Thank you

Also, the bolts that came out of the input shaft bearing retainer don't look like normal threads. There are four lines going from the bolt head to the other end. Are these bolt only supposed to be used once or a certain number of times before having to be replaced?
It looks like the line is squished where it went into the transmission.
