Premium sound adding amp. Help

2013 f350 sony premium sound.

Can anyone tell me how to wire the mid amp for 6X9 BA if i have the sony premium sound? I have the wire diagram. I think i leave the tweeters running through the audio digital signal processing module and just divert mids, pre ADSPM to the alpine amp, and then cut off mid wires post ADSPM and wire those to the out side of the amp. Will the system still operate if i cut these wires out and divert them?

If you're going to all that effort, I'm wondering if you shouldn't also replace the speaker wires. Stock is probably 18 gage at best.

Im just helping a friend. I got the wire diagram an it only shows front speakers going into processor and front and rear going out. How would i wire that up?
