trailer wiring

The 81 F-250 that I just bought has a factory trailer wire harness connector on the bumper, but the wires have been cut and I don't see where they led to originally.

Does anyone know which wires went where?

Any help on getting me hooked back up to tow would be appreciated.

This LINK should give you all the info you need to get it wired back up. Notice the part about the center pin on the 6-pin plugs. Horse trailers may use the center pin for 12V hot lead, R.V. trailers use the center pin for electric brakes.
