Just installed King Ranch wheels
Hi again!
Ok, ok, I know this is useless without photos but I'll post in the morning when it's light & I can show the whole vehicle.....
What fits what???? That's what I was wondering....
I bought a set of King Ranch wheels off ebay. Good deal at $790 with nice tires & low miles I needed tires anyway)

I know, don't trust what you read on ebay but hell, it says "fits Ford Excursion" and shame on me for not coming here first to find out for sure. Anyway, they fit but after mounting the first up front & checking, it hit the springs when turning the wheel all the way over. I did some quick reading here & learned I should get STEEL hub/wheel centric spacers from Fred Goeske at WheelAdapter.com is your number one source for wheel adapters, wheel spacers, used wheels, and wheel studs. (great guy!!!).
Note to anyone doing this conversion: I looked closely & saw that my existing lugs were a fraction of an inch too long & that they would hit the back of the wheel. MINOR grinding for just a second did the trick.
By the way, as this was all happening, the wheel dealer in TX would not stand by his description & pay for return shipping nor would they cover the spacers.
