Diagnose F150 'thump'?
1995 F150 IL6 5-speed.
Recently rebuilt motor. Runs great. Changed the oil after 500 miles and it looked burnt. It has a steady 'thump' sound at approximately 3000-3500 RPM. Thump sounds like its coming from about midway toward the back of motor. Not sure where to start looking.
