Carlisle Fall event

I've never been to the event, only read about it. The fall event is coming up in a couple weeks. I'm looking for a set of rust free doors. Would this be a good place to find them? It's only about 3hrs from me.

Thanks.

Usually they have pretty much anything you could think to look for. I have only been once when I could not find what I was specifically looking for. Which were center caps for an 84/85 Grand National. So it's a good place to start.

It wouldn't hurt, although no guarantees.Flashback F100 comes to it,they might have what you need if you call them.I just rode seven states to get a pair, nos ,I didnt want to spend the xtream shipping charges!Ill keep my eye out for you.A fellow i work with just informed me of a 76/77,(he used to have a bump),said that it had real nice body parts. The truck is back on a farm near delta.Ill follow him home with a camera and post back

There's a good chance you can find a pair there but you better bring a lot of cash!

I called Flashback F100 and they want like 500-600 for a set of doors. Sounds really steep to me.

Is that for a used set or NOS. I found a NOS set of doors this spring and paid $700 for them.

Pa I'm not sure where your from, but if you go onto the Pittsburgh craigslist page and look under auto parts, then type in ford truck you'll find a guy in lower burrell that has trucks and parts from the 67-98. He gets them from California and ships the trucks and parts back here to resell. Although I don't know any of his prices. His name is Doug.

I was at spring Carlisle and saw a couple sets, one being NOS. Good chance you'll find some.

Ya, I've talked with Doug a couple of times. He doesn't have anything rust free right now but I just found out he will be getting in another shippment in 2-3 weeks. He said he gets 200-300 per door. I think I'm in the wrong business. Wish I could settle for aftermarket, see a set on there right now for $75. Know of another set still in primer also. Have only heard bad things about the aftermarket doors though.
