Mirror removal

I have a 96 f250 with the small black mirrors. Driverside glass is broken and was wondering how it comes off. Was thinking of finding one in a JY.

Best bet would be to just replace the whole mirror. You can buy replacement mirror glass at the parts stores to fix it for about $10, but sometimes they wind up falling back out after a little while.

Zex, there are 2 bolts and a nut/bolt holding the mirror, 2 are at plain sight, to reach the nut/bolt you need to remove the door trim, to do that you need to remove the bolt inside the door handle of the arm-rest, then the bolts on the lower panel, then carefully pull until it's free.
