Any luck amywhere else?

have the same problem and posted a bit about it awile back but didn't get much. Not sure about yours but here's how far I got with mine...2009 F350 Super Duty Lariet crew with a 6.4 diesel.

Seems every circuit is individual in a sense but reliant on soemthing else to be working. I started with the window motor on the bench and found 12v would turn it in both directions. would not work from either switch in down, up was fine.

Started at the driver door by following colors and pinning out wires to the door jamb. All seemed fine but I was a little confused and pi$$ed so I just ordered a master switch. Tried it at the dealer and it didnt fix it. Dealer was nice enough to provide me with a colored wiring schematic, and take the switch back.. Followed that and found that all worked fine from the switch to the plug in the driver door jamb. Jumpered a wire from the down on the driver side to the switch on the passenger door and the window works.

To me that means the issue is between the multi hole connector on the drivers door jamb and the multi hole plug on the passenger door jamb.

Got tired and confused and since I don't ride in that seat......oh well. actually will go to Ford soon for a diagnosis. Once I happily part with 1500.00 for tires. Aint big trucks fun?

I'll be watching and hoping someone comes in here with the answer.
Good Luck to both of us.

By the way, I did read somewhere that an inherant failure in older Super Duties was a leaky windshield that allowed water to run down on the SJB and rust the terminals causing a variety of electrical gremlins.
