Coil Spring Replacement Options?

I have been working on getting my 86 f150 4x4 back into top shape over the last year. My current project is to fix a tilt to the passengers side, I'm going with the soft spring theory because I cant find anything else that would cause it.

It is one of the quad-shock trucks and after some calling around to the local parts houses it would seem that the springs on my truck dont exist. I have done some googleing and found places that people say its the same spring as the single shock versions. I have also looked at several lift company pages and the only changes I can see in the lifts is whether you get 4 or 6 shocks.

So my options so far as I can see them at this point is to either get a set of stock springs for a single shock set up and try it out or to lift the truck and use the after market springs and such. I would rather not lift the truck, not because I have anything against lifting them if its done right, but it just costs so much more.

Are there other options that I'm not thinking of? If I have to lift it I would like to keep it as small of a lift as I can like 1-2 inch or so, Who makes "the best" small suspension lift for my truck?

Any info would be most appreciated.

Any coil spring from an F150 or Bronco will work, just select the specific spring rate you desire.

If your wanting a bit of a lift, you can use factory F250 coil springs from a 2wd. This should net you around 1.5" of lift over your factory 1/2 ton springs, but will also firm up the ride a bit.

Did you look at the rear springs very carefully? They are known to crack a leaf once in awhile. A good way to tell is go to the rear and stare at the back of the cab and the front of the bed. If the top front of the bed is not parallel with the bottom of the back window, I would inspect the rear springs again.
