I've got an 2003 6.0, 128K miles A friend recommended that I use a fuel or oil additive to keep my injectors running good...any suggestions, comments, complaints, recommendations....Ive heard of revxoil, and I have only used Lucas Oil fuel additive once....any response is appreciated. Thanks

 

Diesel Kleen and Stanadyne are the most popular here for fuel additives with the DK a little more popular because it is easier to find. Ford PM22 is also quite popular. I for one am not a fan of oil additives. Fresh oil and OEM filters are my suggestion there. Max 5,000 mile oil change intervals. My truck loves the Rotella T-6 syn. oil year round, esp. when towing.

 

X2 on the no need for oil additives, and I use the Motorcraft cetane boost or the stanadyne purple ( lubricity formula ) for the fuel side.
