I have a 1999 ford f350 dually that is used for mainly towing a fifth wheel trailer. When the air conditioning is turned on the compressor seems to kick on and off every few seconds. Thinking it was the fan clutch, I had a new one installed but the problem still remains. When not towing the air conditioner works fine. Have taken it to several ford dealers and the ac checks out fine. When towing if i shift into od the problem goes away. It seems that it happens when the engine is under a load that it happens. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Mine does the exact same thing, I'm curious if the high pressure switch fixes it.
