When I install the rockers I see where SRMASTERTECH on youtube has you put the crank dowell at the 6o'clock position, now, will I have to rotate it 360* back to 6o'clock to install the opposing side, or put it at 6 and leave it?

Does it matter which side is up on the copper washer for the injector?
Thanks guys, I appreciate the help, Im fixing to do studs/gaskets, and a variety of repairs in a couple weeks.
IIRC Cheezit advises to put the dowel at 6 o'clock the after you torque the head down on the first round to 65 lbs. to turn the engine over two revolutions and watch the valve train to make sure nothing is binding. I have read where many have bent pushrods by not checking this
