Well I got it back today. So far the touch screen is working. They replaced the head unit. It only took a month.
After replacing everything and then changing it back they actually fixed the problem.
I've only had it a couple of hours, but so far so good.
The only problem I see is that I didn't get any paperwork. None.

This dealer....
I would want to know HOW it was all documented, with the date I dropped it off and the date I picked it up.
I hope it's fixed for you but push back on that paper work, don't leave until they print out what they did...
