Extended end link help please

Ok guys, I'm trying to get ready and do my RSK and rear lift. I have pretty much everything to do the job, but I realized I never took into account the extended sway bar end links.

I haven't learned to weld, i've seen some places say I can just cut the existing one, get some pipe and slide it over and weld it to the length needed, so I can't do that.

I've got what I believe is the 3.5" RSk going on, it's been over a year so i don't remember, and super duty springs as well. I think when all was said and done I was looking at 4.5" up front of lift and I'm adding super duty springs and 5" blocks in the back.

I've seen some folks say you don't need the sway bars, but I'm not so sure about that.

I'm going to be towing a 29' travel trailer the first weekend in October and I'd like to have this done by then. Can I get away with not having those links and the sway bars for that, or should I get them anyway? I think i'd want them in the long run anyway, so it seems to me that it's in my best interest to have them and put them on while I'm down there working on it now.

These are what I've found, in my searching: Rear and front

Are these what I need or is there another one someone can recommend for me please?

Also, I have the panhard bar drop bracket that I got with the PMF RSK kit, but I never got a panhard bar. Do I need that as well or is that something that can be added on down the road? What does it even do?

Thanks guys I've been searching all night and I'm either not searching with the right words, or I'm just not finding what I'm looking for.

Also I have all the stuff in my shop, if someone wants to tell me if I'm missing anything or need anything else, I'll go take some pictures and post them up.

Again, thanks. I was hoping to start this on sunday. I guess we'll see if that's going to happen or not, depending on what you all say I need or am missing.

Here are the pictures of everything I have for this. I'm sure I'm missing something, so I could use some help with what I'm missing if you could please. Thanks

Drop Pitman Arm

Front Spring Blocks (?, the came with the SD springs)

Shackles for the front rear

Do I need to find a valve to go in here and grease these? What is this for?

Lots of hardware

Nuts and washers for the U-Bolts

Ubolts

Rear 5" lift blocks

Crown SS brake lines

Bilstein Shocks

I have a set of these but didn't want to drag them all out. This is one front SD spring, one Rear SD spring, and a set of add a leaf's I think, that say front on them.

Rear Code Stamp

Label on the rear springs, they were pretty new when I got them. Like 20K miles on them.

Front Spring code stamp

Extra leaf code stamp

PMF RSK

Ok so that's what I've got. What do I need still please? A list would do me a great wonder. Thanks guys.

Anyone please!?! Starting to get into panic mode here. Do I need extra shackles for the back to cut to get the SD springs to fit as well?

I'm seeing different sets of Endlinks for $65 a pair. Skyjacker, I can't think of the other names.

Can I get away with not having the endlinks and the sway bar on, while towing this time or is it too dangerous to do with a 30' trailer in tow?

Looking for answers, I'll continue to research.
