FTE 'er trip .
Any '48-'52 fellow FTE brothers who live in the central Illinois corridor who could stand a visit from a traveling FTE member please respond . Will be traveling from S.Fla.thru Tallahasse S. Ala. with a stop in B-ham on the 30th of Sept . Leave Ala. on the 3rd up thru Paducah . Ky.traveling S-N thru Ill. up thru Rockford , S. Wis. up to Rice Lake ,Wis. to see ailing Mom & maybe harvest some Wis. speed beef .Return trip on the 9th . Maybe a rest stop would be appreciated . Thanks , Denny

Sorry to hear about your mom. I'm a bit off of your flight plan as well. Trust that the trip will go as expected. If you don't have any luck in the woods with Bambi, swing by. These beasts loiter in my yard like insolent teenagers.

Denny you know you're always welcome to stop by, Duane and I are less than ten miles from each and I'm always up for a mini FTE meet. You know where my shop is, my house 3.5 miles due north.
