i have a 2009 f350 4/4 that has brake isues.it has only 60 000 km and i ve changed 3 brake calipers.the piston is sezied each time.is there any other company that makes calipers for my truck.
thanks 1085
Many of us have had the seized caliper problem. Very likely the real problem is the sliding pins in the brake calipers get rusted and no longer slide.
Overheating of the caliper due to the stuck pins probably causes the brake phenolic brake pistons to deform and stick. This is a guess, but the folk who do periodic maintenance on the sliding pins seem to have fewer stuck caliper piston problems.
