I just saved a 69 F250 bump from the crusher. The thing is a great survivor (99% rust free) however it was involved in a driver side impact. I found a new hood but also need a new grill and fender. Are the grills from the bump era all the same? I am well versed in the dentside specifics, but not so much for the bumps, any help would be greatly appreciated.
Well ****... thanks for the sticky, now will the other bump years bolt right up or are the mounting locations different? I think the odds of me finding a 69 fender and grill are pretty slim. I was able to find a hood off a 68 i think, so i got lucky there in the fact it doesn't have the fancy chrome trim.

The fenders are all the same on Bumps. As far as the grilles go They will all bolt up with a few minor differences. The metal panel behind the bumper (Ford called it a stone deflector) has to match the year grille you pick because of the recess for the 70 and up parklamps. The upper metal panel that has the hole in it for the hood latch striker has to match whichever hood latch you use.
Your welcome. Nose around this forum. There has been many pics of trucks with 67 grilles. Painted white, Painted body color, and polished. You can get a idea of what you want to do with yours.
