I was up to about the bottom of my grille, bumper was almost completely submerged. It was actually the pickup in my profile pic. I was up to right where the chrome stops on the bumper. Which is STILL below the intake. Like I said, my carpet wasn't even wet.
I did come up with two codes when I got home yesterday after my truck lost acceleration...p0237 and p2285, which may have been caused by me unplugging the ICP, but I can't be sure.
Sounds Like truck is going into Limp Mode
Yes P2285 is from Unplugged ICP sensor
P0237 MAP Turbo/Super Charger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low Open circuit, short to ground, MAP sensor
Make shure the MAp Tube is Plugged into the MAP Sensor at the Cowl should have a Tube coming from intake and also a Plug for wire Harness
POST these sensors Values @ KOEO--Low Idle--High Idle (2500rpm)
BARO
MAP
EBP
And as you drive what kinda Boost you seeing??24+psi would be OK
Well Roller, I don't know exactly what he did, but I did watch my truck dump as least a gallon of oil on the ground when he started it...he said the filter was off. I actually feel stupid that I didn't know where my oil filter was on the truck, lol. I have an extended warranty so I've always had the shop do the oil changes so it was documented. Wonder what it could have been. Hmmmm. Blade...I don't have anything to read sensor values. I have my superchip and I have my little Innova that does KOER and KOEO but wont read sensor values...I don't have anything smart enough. According to the factory gauge, I can get about 24 psi if I really step on it. Map sensor is def. plugged in, tube is as well, I checked for chafing and didn't see any, also pulled the connector thinking maybe water corrosion even though it was fresh water but didn't see any. I know it doesn't matter but EBP sensor is new and tube was just cleaned, shop thought maybe that's why it was surging so they replaced it. It didn't help at all. Also, that doesn't necessarily mean they didn't install a faulty unit either. Thanks guys for the input, keep it coming please!
