throw out bearing issues

I just replaced my clutch and throw out bearing about 3 months ago . when I took the transmission out i discovered that the throw out bearing was in about 15 pieces, since i was that far in i decided to just do the whole clutch and get it over with. since replacing ive driven about 10k miles and today the throw out started making noise again . . . is there a way to adjust my clutch or something that im missing ? im guessing soon ill be replaceing the throw out again and i want to do it the right way.

My throw out bearing has been making noise since it is new . But the noise stops, once I put a little pressure on the pedal . Does your noise quit under a little pressure ?
