Hi guys. was looking to do some bodywork/paint on my '99 E150 work van. on the bottom of the vehicle is what I would call a chipguard? coating of paint that has an orange peel texture. over the years I have sprayed over this with the regular yz paint that is the color of the vehicle.
I am at the point with rust now that this has to be removed so I can do some metalwork. My question is can this paint be purchased and re-applied so as to look stock after it is repaired. I have adequate painting skills but am not familiar with this. any help is appreciated. Thanks
