We usually go to Coopers Creek, Bear Creek, or anywhere we can do some trout fishing and camp near our vehicles. This year the wife and I went to Helen for a week, and found some new camp sites near Dukes Creek Falls. Where is the property located? We might be interested if there is some good trout fishing really close.

 

Sadly, no trout fishing.. Catfish, Brim and Bass though! It's near lake Russell.

This year has been super crazy and with all this his training stuff coming up it looks to not be getting any better any time soon. BUT I love my job so I'm not complaining.

 

I hope to do a little camping when I get back from Afghanistan. I don't know why since I have been living in the Winnebago since April, great view of a brick wall and not any fishing!!!!

HA! So true! Ah, I can't wait for some fall fishin and hunting. I have to practice up on my archery.. deer season is right around the corner!

 

Hunting and fishing what is that??? I don't hunt but sure as heck ain't hand no time to fish this year. Fixing to head out soon for some good old Army training, I will try and keep and eye on you all.

 

You may not hunt (I don't either), but I'll bet you can still hit the bulls-eye (like me).

 

I shot expert both pistol and rifle last time at the range. Have to do it again in November. Not sure if it is easier qualifying in the heat or the cold. Hopefully it will be mildy warm and not an early winter.
