Hmmm.....maybe we should ALL call them and tell them to kiss our *** if we get the same response. There's no need for people like that to be so rude nowadays.

What does "not a warm response" mean? Do they still make them? Not interested? or just plain rude?

Most of the hits on Google were for old Chevies.

Hey Dude,
I'm up in Waco all the time as my daughter & son are living there.
Let me know what you want & I'll stop by there & see what's up.
I'll ask for pricing etc.

I'd like to replace the one that was long ago taken off of our '55. If somebody has one to part with, holler. We're in Dallas but I'd consider Greyhound or some other shipping.
Or, I'll just have to wait until Winter to fire up the forge and bend one up. Too daжn hot now.

51PanelMan, I wouldn't mind having the 48-50 guard, but I doubt I could justify the shipping cost. Off the top of your head, ballpark, what would the lowest shipping cost for that be?

51PanelMan, I just paid $200 for one similar to your second grill guard on Ebay...I would think that there is a market for these if you have the time/inclination to sell them on Ebay or Craigslist. Jeff K

That's good to know. I guess I'll pull both of them out of the scrap pile.
