Just got home from Michigan's Up North as I put on 600 miles round trip and average of 19.1 mpg driving between 60-80......I was loaded with family and gear nothing much of a big load. I was impressed though of all the f-150 Ecoboost I saw pulling huge campers and doing so quite easily.... saw way more f150s than the others. I also want to give a to the 97-03 body styles still pulling campers and trailers up north and back after 10 years of wear n tear on them must have seen 20+ of them, makes me miss mine a little bit. I got the 5.0L but the ecoboost sure outnumbered us out there on the interstate this weekend.....Just wanted to share what I seen on this trip!
Why not? Looks like a 22' Jay Flight, which has a dry weight of 4,125.
Looks longer than 22 to me, although that's hard to tell from a photo. Considering the bike hanging off the tail, I would bet that trailer is far from "dry".
Ya, I've always wanted to do the walk. The woman at the toll booth told me they had around 30,000 people this year, they expected 40,000 though.
I saw the Edgar Speer down bound today on my way back, and see the Paul Tregurtha quite a bit, as well as a few other note worthy boats.
Iv'e seen both those boats in the locks over the years, one freighter was going under the bridge while walking but we couldn't make it to the middle fast enough....definitely not as many walkers this year.....

you forgot to look at the slide out! jayco only makes one slide out trailer under 5000# that I could find, and its not that old! to me looks like that trailer is at least 8 to 10 years old
