what trans did you have before? maybe you should stick to the other thread that you made. theres obviously a lot of information that's not here and is counterproductive to start a new thread with info missing.

You don't have a transmission problem you have a sensor problem, pull the codes and post up what you get.

Does the speedo in this truck work correctly?

The thing you have to realize is that one single computer controls both engine and transmission here and ANY sensor issue will affect transmission operation because that is how the computer is programmed to respond. There are several sensors that are nowhere near the transmission that are critical to correct operation... those being the TPS and vehicle speed input. But the computer gets speed data via the PSOM module on the speedo cluster so that's why it's important to know it the speedo/ODO are working correctly.

Speedo doesn't work? If not, there's part of the huge problem.

Okay so i ripped apart my entire gauge cluster and examined the PSOM. Nothing looks burnt, disconnected, damaged, it looks 100% fine and the Odometer works 100% as well. Only the speedo is weird like above 25mph itll start jumping all over the place. My TPS i replaced awhile back like a month or two ago and i still get codes for it 121 today it was closed throttle volts too high/low. Now ive checked the tps wave form, volts everything and its fine (Its non adjustable). I also get 538 Insufficent RPM change, from what ive read that means during KOER RPMS didnt go past 3000rpm well i was at 4000rpm when i did it today and ever since ive owned it ive gotten that code and ive always had it past 3000rpms. The rest were air pump codes. NO trans code, no speed sensor codes, O/D light doesnt flash. I looked at the computer and saw that water was dripping on it now idk how long thats been going on but Im leaning torwards a PCM but im confused because wouldnt the truck not run right or run at all, plus wouldnt i get the code meaning bad PCM? I know thats alot of questions but i appreciate your help thanks.

No, not necessarily. My PCM was ruined and the only code I had was for EGR valve. If I were you, I'd pull the PCM. Truck would shake violently. If there wad water intrusion, you may be chasing your butt with codes and sensors and just find out it was a corrupted PCM. 30-1:30 hours to have it out and get a visual.

Will considering im getting codes 538 and 121 and im chasing my butt around trying to figure out why and ive replaced all my speed sensors (one located in pumpkin) and my MLPS i think im going to remove the PCM and examine it take the cover off see if theres any water damage. So from this im assuming the trans i thought was bad is still good haha how much you think i can get for a e4od with 151k on it and a electronic transfer case with 60k on it (I had to swap t-cases because my truck is manual 4x4 and the trans i bought had a auto 4x4) So i can try to get my money back. I also have a 84 f150 302 aode trans with t case with 150k on it no t converter. Sorry again i just spent 300 dollars and my truck needs suspension work still so im just asking for advice from the Pros.

Pull that PCM and post back with results...either way you can eliminate it if it appears ok or if it doesn't.

Okay i took the PCM out opened it up. Nothing burnt, damaged, broken. I did notice the epoxy coming up in one corner. And theres metal prongs covered with clear epoxy on the back has the body code stamped on it the epoxy was sticky and looked alittle heated up. But i think it was to program the PCM. Other then that it was nothing major wrong. I put it back in still the same problem. Either the computer is bad and i didnt see it, the TPS is shot which is possible because i keep getting 121 code even after i replaced it along with 538 insffucient RPM change ever since ive owned it. (Yes i rev it above 3000rpms, and the TPS is non adjustable and i checked the wave on it the volts etc, still the code as i said before). Thanks any help appreciated.

Have you unplugged the RABS module to see if the speedometer then works OK?
If you still have problems sounds like a bad rear end (bearings or tone wheel).
