When my EBP sensor went out, I could do maybe 10 mph wide open throttle while belching black smoke everywhere. I checked the parameters between the BARO, MAP and EBP and the EBP was way off compared to the other two. I didnt throw a CEL but I didnt scan for codes either. Was going off of symptoms.
Ugh. Looks like its more than the turbo. Disconnected the boat and tried driving. Not enough power to go over 5 miles an hour and 100 yards. Pulled off, disconnected the battery and drained the rail mounted fuel separator. Tried again and same thing. Now it's parked. Guess a tow truck and trip to the dealer is next. As a side note, the fuel in the fuel tank has been in there for a week and 400 miles. So I do not think its bad fuel. Edge Insight showed several codes, all EGR related and one that said something about minimum turbo boost...
On your Other Thread the EGR was unplugged, did you unplug and see what happens .HMMM there must be a tunner on this truck? If the EGR is in by hooking it back up mite have open or closed it ,I would pull it and clean with carb cleaner, ware some glasses it will burn your eyes, M-chan, benny ?
A stuck open egr valve will cause those symptoms. If the valve had been disconnected for a long time, and was recently plugged back in, there may have been a build up of carbon that got stuck in the valve.
The egr valve is pretty easy to remove with an 8mm socket, extension and ratchet and a large pair of channel lock pliers.
I know I will catch some hell for this but the way I got my EGR valve out was with a pair of 16" channel locks, by grabbing the metal sides and pulling while twisting.

Ding, ding, ding!!!! Thanks for everyone's help. After reading the posts, I thought about it and agreed that the EGR valve may be the culprit. Back down to the parking lot I went with the tools and an attitude. Twenty minutes later and a clean EGR valve, I was on my way. Back home and it was operating as it should.
That's great news ,when you get home clean up the IAT2 senser too that will be sooted up, also the MAP connection to Intake the threaded nipple and hole in the Intake will clog, this will get you going ,Great place and Info here . No Place to be but on FTE
