That is a civil war era encampment. I can tell by the tents and the muzzleloaders. The muzzleloaders use percussion caps which only became prevalent right before the civil war.

Good morning woodchuck imposters and woodchucks. Cool here - 32 this morning but looks to be a nice day. As usual, a day full of commitments. Got to prepare my presentation for the national leadership meeting in DC next week - I'll be in Washington all week missing the Vermont weather.
