What is it exactly, and how do I get one?

 

OASIS report is a Ford only program

It is a Manfacturer tracking system that uses the VIN as a barcode.

Anything that any Ford dealer in the US & Canada does will get intered into your OASIS report for that vehicle.


Everything from Oil Change, to Motor Replacement and Recall Work, Warranty...etc.

otherwise, you will have to visit a Ford Dealership and ask the Repair Center...but a word of caution. Alot of places like to play dumb and pretend it doesn't exist. I've had that happen a few times. But then again, 1 place just handed 'em out like candy

Yes it answered my questions, thank you. However I entered all my info etc. and it says there is no records to show for my truck. Could this be because I bought it used so it wont show what the previous owner did?

But the Oasis from a Dealer will have everything...unless the prior owner never took it back after purchase
