That sux.... 
I'm willing to bet the dealer will have to paint the bumper and you won't get one painted from the factory!
For this reason I would not accept that truck!

they should take care of it for you. i did not notice till the day after i took my truck home but the clear coat under the superduty on the tailgate had kinda bubbled up took it back, a day later it was fixed no problem.
