Automatic transmission filter (inline) removal

Trying to change my tranny fluid but the inline filter is stuck, anyone know a trick to get it unstuck with out bending the lines?

An impact wrench will get it off without damage.

Mark is the expert, but I had to put a block of wood inside the bracket and then use an impact chisel to remove mine the first time. My impact socket stripped the nut on the filter housing. Good luck.
