First Off:
I have a 2000 Ford F250 7.3 Liter Diesel
I was driving down the road yesterday and the engine just shut down. I pulled off the side of the road, restarted and was able to drive about a block and the engine shut down again. It will idle forever but as soon as I start driving i get a block and then the same thing. Any suggestion or anybody else have this problem? I was stuck on the side of the road about 2 in the morning just and road side assistance was totally worthless
When was the last time you drained the water out of the fuel seperator? That has a switch in it that shuts the engine down when the water gets to a certain level, and the water may be sloshing just enough while driving to close the switch. The filter itself may also be plugged, or the plunger pump for bleeding the fuel system may be in the open position, bleeding the primary pump pressure into the return line. Hope this helps you some.
I couldn't finger it out so i took it in to Ford (Warranty)
Cam Positioning Sensor - Dead
8 of 10 bolts that hold turbo to engine - Snapped off, Only 2 bolts holding it on.
Torque Converter Clutch - Metal to metal, I had metal shaving all throughout tranny and fluid, This is my 3rd tranny. I shreded the 2000 & 2001 torque converter and blew the pump. Know I'm on my Modified 2002 tranny that needs a new clutch.
If your wondering what all i've done to the truck is:
100 Horse Power BD Power-Chip
K&N AirRade Air Filter
16.5" Rims w/ 33's"
Turbo Fan Accelerator
4" Cat Back Exhaust all the way back (A.K.A. - Sewer Pipe, as my GF calls it.)
Last on the Dino she is running 340 Ponies on the Rear wheels, I was unable to get a Torque reading, I was short on time to do everything. Thanks for the suggestions.

The Beautiful part about it is the Ford Dealership where I take my truck for repairs, They support the power chips. All I have to do is pull up and drop it off. They drive the truck in the bay & pull my chip then run there tests.
Where can i find more info on the recall about the bolts breaking or coming loose on the turbo? Please Advise
The only think i found for recalls on my truck are:
Safety Recalls
AUG 01 Recall - Defective Wiper Motor Switch/Gear Cover
OCT 00 Recall - Seat Belt Buckle Inspection/Replacement
NOV 99 Recall - Fuel System Integrity
Have the dealer check for recalls on the truck. For the most part, the only ones available online are safety ones, and the turbo coming apart doesn't seem to be a safety issue.
